Free GOOD Music: Bambu x DJ Muggs- Los Angeles, Philippines
Bambu comes through with a clutch set of A Tribe Called Quest-meets-Public Enemy anthems. Most of the production is done by Cypress Hill's DJ Muggs, hence the L.A. and Philippines connection. Below is a link to the unmixed version that I downloaded. You can also download a mixed version (mixing done by Muggs) via 2dopeboyz. Not only do I love the fact that Bam reps my motherland, but I also love that he's a legit emcee with classic, golden-era influences on his sound. This, along with Cole's Friday Night Lights, are definitely in my rotation right now.
